The majority of current projects in the Web3 space are built on short-term hype, lacking an approach for sustainable growth, staying relevant in the space, and finding an authentic way to monetize. As much as we love the idea of being all about the community, we need to stay realistic and find a way to do both: be obsessively consumer-driven and achieve sustainable business results. We can't rely on royalties and endless new collection drops to grow an NFT project or generate revenue. We can't rely solely on investor money to fund and kickstart a Web3 project. A sustainable strategy is needed, and that's where we come in.
